Invited Symposia

Invited Symposia  are planned for NEMS2010. These symposia are aimed at providing focused discussions on advanced topics related to MEMS and Nanotechnology.

Symposium Chair(s) in each symposium is in charge of inviting and pre-reviewing abstract and papers. The abstracts/papers, which will also be reviewed through the regular reviewing process, will be treated as Invited Papers.

Authors who are interested in organizing a symposium, please send your proposal (with 4 to 5 papers for each symposium) directly to the Chair of the Invited Symposia Committee Prof. Steve C. H. Tung for approval:
